Cartwheel - Target's % savings app. Now one year old, they offer between 5% and 30% off specific things in the store. Print your barcode and bring it in from the website or have the cashier scan it off your phone (turn up screen brightness). Your barcode never changes.
Yowza!!, Coupon Sherpa, RetailMeNot - I use these when I got to a store and look for a coupon specifically for that store. (i.e. 15% Kohl's purchase, free shipping at Walmart, etc.)
Checkpoints, Shopkick - These give you points for walking into stores or scanning items. Eventually you can get gift cards.
Ibotta, Checkout 51, Shopmium, Savingstar - Give you rebates for buying products. Match up with coupons for moneymakers!!
RedLaser - You can scan a product and it will show you who carries it at the best price.
